The Music of 2012
The Thousand Springs Festival prides itself on bringing high-quality and interesting musicians from the region to perform for your listening pleasure. With a focus on showcasing original song writing primarily in the jazz, blues, acoustical guitar and world folk music genres, the festival has been a hot spot for seeing premium acts for 20 years, and the 2012 festival is shaping up to be no exception. Carter Wilson, director of music for the Festival, may have put it best - "I don't think we've ever had this much new music before. It's fitting for our 20th!"
Join us for great musical performances on both Saturday and Sunday as the KMVT Channel 11 team (Brian Neudorff, Danielle Kosir and Nick Kosir, Jay Michaels, and Alexa Tieu) introduces the different bands and our Thousand Springs Festival 20th Anniversary Celebration. Sound and mixing are graciously provided by S & S Audio (Robert Sigman) and Midnight Productions (Luis Vargas). See below for the complete schedule of shows.
